Network, Windows Server & Field Technician

We are seeking a versatile IT Technician with strong expertise in computer hardware, networking, and Windows Server administration to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working both in-office and on-site, capable of handling ATM, printer, computers and other peripheral hardware installations, maintenance, and repairs, along with managing Windows Server and network environments.

This role involves maintaining, optimizing, and securing IT systems, setting up remote access for internal users, and providing top-tier technical and field support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and Windows Server issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, network devices, and Windows Servers.
• Perform on-site technical service for ATMs, printers, scanners, POS systems, and related IT equipment.
• Maintain and repair IT peripherals, including barcode printers, cash drawers, and label or ticketing machines.
• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services.
• Set up, configure, and manage secure remote server access for internal users.
• Monitor network and server performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions.
• Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, antivirus, and access controls.
• Document network, server, and IT infrastructure configurations and procedures.
• Provide technical and field support to end users and clients as required.
• Stay updated on emerging Windows Server, networking, and hardware technologies to enhance system efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics (or equivalent field experience).
• 2+ years of experience in computer hardware, networking, or server administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and networking principles (TCP/IP, VPNs, routers, switches).
• Proven hands-on experience with hardware repair and maintenance — particularly ATMs, printers, computers, and other peripherals.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and diagnostic skills for both software and hardware.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage on-site service tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
