We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team. Whether you're an experienced therapist or a recent graduate, you'll find mentorship, collaboration, and a purpose-driven environment where your skills truly matter.

What You’ll Do:

• Work under the supervision of physical therapists

• Assist patients in performance of therapeutic exercises under the direct supervision of the physical therapists

• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care

• Support and educate residents, families, and caregivers on their plan of care and therapy goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant License in the state of NJ

• Current CPR certification

• Passion for working with a neurologically impaired young adult population

• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills

• New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply – mentorship available
