Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Developer to help expand our reach and build meaningful partnerships. This role is remote, primarily commission-based, and ideal for a motivated professional with a proven sales track record and a desire to make a difference. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client base
  • Leverage company-provided leads while proactively generating additional prospects
  • Collaborate with our team to align business development efforts with organizational goals
  • Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets through relationship-building and sales strategies

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing leads, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • A genuine passion for supporting individuals in recovery and alignment with our mission

Compensation Structure: Monthly base stipend: $1,200 Uncapped commission opportunities: Case Management Services: $500 per weekly case or $1,000 per bi-weekly case Example: 10 weekly cases = $5,000 per month in commissions; 10 bi-weekly cases = $10,000 per month

Companion Services: 5% of gross revenue per case for the first six months Example: $52,500 in monthly revenue = $2,625 in commissions ($15,750 over six months) With consistent performance, total annual earnings typically range from $75,000 to $200,000+.
