Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage walk-in, digital, and telephonic customers professionally.
- Understand customer needs, suggest suitable Mahindra models, and conduct need-based demos/test drives.
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth coordination for finance, insurance, and delivery.
- Promote accessories, insurance renewals, and value-added products.
- Track competitors and market trends; share customer feedback with the Sales Manager.
- Maintain grooming and behavioural standards as per dealership norms.
- Ensure post-delivery customer follow-up for feedback and referrals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate / Diploma holder (any stream).
- 1–3 years of sales experience (automotive or related industry preferred).
- Valid 4-wheeler driving license mandatory.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
