This individual will be responsible for installing, leading team members, start-up, and customer satisfaction on replacement projects. We provide many options and believe in Maintenance Programs and System Enhancements to ensure our client's products' longevity and promote a comfortable and healthy living environment.

Preferred Skills:· 4 + years of residential HVAC install experience. Possess the desire to learn, grow, and always be a team player. Self-driven, motivated, & Customer Service focused. To provide training capabilities to other technicians/apprentice. HVAC technical school is preferred. NATE certification is a plus (We provide the ability to gain certifications). Experience with almost all types of residential heating and cooling equipment. Strong attention to detail is required. Must have a Clean Driving record and Pass a Criminal Background Check. EPA Refrigerant Certification. Meet all physical demands of the position.
