New Franchise Stores, Architect Design

Your Mission:

Provide architectural administrative support for new franchise store development. This position is responsible for coordinating new store site packages, processing or collecting franchise fees, and is the first line of contact regarding site packages for other departments and staff. This position also provides administrative support for the Architectural and Design department. Delays in site plan processing and fees and money result in adverse impact to new franchises and corporate departments.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Responsible for detailed handling, tracking and filing of new franchise site evaluation packages. Insures completeness of package and coordinates process.
  • Release franchise drawings when package requirements are complete.
  • Ensure that appropriate approvals for package timeline are obtained.
  • Serve as first point of contact for franchisees, architects, real estate, legal and other departments related to questions or progress of site packages. Communicate with franchisee to validate any specific site requirements.
  • Keep interested departments or franchisees aware of package status and provides information as needed.
  • Produce and disseminate project reports as needed.
  • Enter package into database and monitor updates as necessary.
  • Provides administrative support to Architectural staff as needed.

Who You Are:

  • Associates degree in an architecture, construction management or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Two (2) years administrative experience in architectural or related field.
  • Evidence of highly developed verbal and written communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Evidence of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated organization and planning skills.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Design or construction related experience and knowledge.
  • Knowledge of the Architectural and Design Department and its processes and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of computer aided design (CAD) systems, preferably AUTOCAD.

Where You’ll Work:

  • Works in a normal office environment where there is no physical discomfort due to temperature, noise, dust and the like.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
