What kind of teammate are we looking for?

• Recent graduates of Engineering Faculties (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, or related disciplines) from leading universities, able to work full-time, five days a week,
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken,
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills,
• Interest in technology integration and digital transformation,
• Willingness to learn and take initiative in projects,
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
• Innovative, proactive, and creative mindset with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
