New Home Sales Consultant

Pay: $36,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Saratoga Homes is a privately/family owned Top 100 Home Builder, and we are looking to grow our sales team.

Area placement: We are looking for people who would thrive in the Austin and Killeen areas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote, market, network, sell and close newly constructed homes and homes under construction
• Develop new and maintain existing relationships with realtors
• Maintain backlog of prospects by calling, e-mailing, and sending letters

Regular Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Sunday 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• Days off are either Tuesday & Wednesday or Thursday & Friday

Training:

• Training consists of 14 days straight with no days off.
• Training and interview are conducted in our 2300 Greenhill Dr., Ste. 210, Round Rock, Texas 78664
• Once training is complete new hires, will be placed in a model home in one of our many communities.

Training hours are:

• Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday- 9:00AM - 7:00 PM
• Sunday- 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
