The RIGHT FIT for our TEAM

We’re looking for a New Patient Concierge who’s ready to step into a purpose-driven environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys empathic connections, collaboratively working with a team, greeting people and meeting them with compassion wherever they may be! They are directly involved in patient care and team communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Discovery phone calls to New patient leads
• Calling new patient leads and answering questions
• Greeting new patients and guiding them along their first visit at the office
• Providing New Patient tours
• Pre - consulting with the new patient on chief complaints, building an empathic connection and preparing them to meet with the doctor
• Providing Insight scans to patients throughout their care
• Providing progress exams to patients and reports
• Calling patients after their first visit to provide next steps and check in on them.
• On floor training of rehab to all patients and new patients who start
• Monitoring patient experiences and reporting trends and focus areas to the team

Qualifications

• Customer service or care taking experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Average of 30-35 hours per week.
