New Patient Coordinator / Clinical Support Assistant

Warsaw Chiropractic & Wellness Center is looking for a New Patient Coordinator / Clinical Support Assistant to help welcome new patients and guide them through their first steps toward better health.

Responsibilities

• Be one of the first people new patients meet and help create a confident, professional first impression.
• Assist with new patient consultations and help keep the office moving smoothly.
• Receive hands-on training to take and annotate chiropractic X-rays.
• Support patient scheduling, communication, and follow-up.
• Help with office flow, organization, and clinical support tasks.
• Work directly with doctors and team members to help patients get the care they need.

Skills

• Proven experience in a medical office or dental office setting with strong knowledge of healthcare procedures and protocols
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) management systems
• Solid understanding of health regulation policies, privacy laws, and insurance processes
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately interpret patient information and clinical notes
• Experience providing medical administrative support including scheduling, data entry, and document management
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations and healthcare professionals

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
