Role - New Product Development (NPD) Transfer

Experience - 8+ Years in NPD Transfer

Qualification - B. Tech or MBA (Any Specialization)

Roles Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous touch base with market, products, and competition tracking the emerging trend and understanding the customer need gap.
• Proposition of innovative product offerings in line with the customers need gap/pain points/expectations.
• Formulation, development, and trial for those proposed products, processed through the stage-gate process.
• Organizing and conducting trials in the laboratory, maintaining observation database.
• Arranging pilot production and field trials through cross-functional collaboration and negotiation.
• Check, verify, and ensure internal external compliances and facilitate IPR process for the demanding products and propositions.
• Contribute effectively to the market launch, development of collaterals, market communication, and demo.
• Post-launch support in the form of training to co. officials, communication and promotion amongst influencers, and addressing customers issues.
• Help stabilize new products by translating action points out of market feedback.
• To remain prepared with the time-bound NPD pipeline and work for subsequent rollouts.
