New Product Development Engineer

• Collaborate with design team to develop new luggage products.
• Ensure product meet quality, durability & functionality standards.
• Prototyping / Product testing / Raw material testing.
• Create & maintain records of developments—Technical Datasheets, Bill of Materials, Development Plan, Reviews, Validation reports, Quality plans.
• Quality control processes & procedures.
• Conduct regular quality audits & inspections.
• Records of inspections—inward / in-process / final.
• Identify and address quality issues, working with production teams to resolve defects.
• Recommendations for improvements.
• Min 1-2 experience required in the same field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
