Job Description

• Support the further development of manufacturing process flow, from enquiry to job completion.
• Support Manufacturing Engineers in process development and continuous improvement.
• Product & Process Costing
• Feasibility Check & freezing of confirmed parameters
• Engineering change management
• Work closely with team members on the production floor when required.
• Participate in learning and development activities that develop personal effectiveness and assist in improving performance in the role.
• Undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required in line with the level of responsibility of the post and to meet the changing needs of the organization.
• APQP - PPAP - FMEA Development & Management

• B.E. - Mechanical / Automobile / Aerospace engineer / Production Engineer,
• 0-1 years in Automobile / Aerospace / Mechanical Industry,
• Quick Learner & Creative thinking
• Must handle multiple job responsibilities & work pressure
• Prioritization of Task
• Well organized with high attention to detail
• Self-motivated and good problem solver
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels.
• Able to represent the company in discussions with customers, suppliers, and partners
• Personally, motivated with a task-oriented approach, ability to achieve objectives with right balance of self-initiative and delegation.
• Cost reduction, scrap reduction, forecast
• Knowledge of Measuring instruments, Unit conversion & Part measurement
• Should Read & Understand Engineering Drawings
