We are looking for a New Project Introduction Specialist to work in our CCC factory.

What will be your key deliverables?

• Project management and coordinate cross functional teams in the development and implementation of a broad, coordinated set of projects across different regions by developing partnership with commercial, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing and R&D functions at the category, regional and global level.
• Acting "single point of contact" on company for all new product initiatives belong to intercompany or export projects.
• Making feasibility studies and reporting to the Management for go / no go decision,
• Manage communications for executive leadership and stakeholders regarding all new product plans.
• Develop and manage project timelines, risks analysis, opportunities, and assumptions of projects and manage every step on the path from idea to launch.
• Tracking all details of projects to finalize it on time& budget and making documentation.
• Initiate code creation process of a new product, ensure the master data setup is completed for proper production, shipment and invoicing readiness.
• Handle multiple initiatives simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Routine reporting to Management and stakeholders including project overview.

What do you need for this role?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Food or Chemical Engineering or related programs.
• Strong command in English is a must, both written and spoken
• High proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint and other Office programs
• Having minimum 2 years experience on the field of Project Management and New Product Introduction is preferred
• Knowledge on MS Project is preferred
• Experience on export business is preferred
• Analytical minded professional adopting superior communication capabilities
• Proactive (high sense of urgency) and committed to delivering results in a fast paced, demanding work environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines with an ownership mentality
• Residing/able to reside in Çorlu, Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ/Merkez or Kapaklı
