Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) – Twin Infants | Rye, NY | Short-Term with Potential for Long-Term

A warm and thoughtful family in Rye, NY is seeking an experienced Newborn Care Specialist (or highly experienced newborn nanny) to support their twin baby girls (currently 4 months old).

This is a short-term role from early May through the end of June, with the potential to transition into a full-time nanny position with the family.

Position Details

• Location: Rye, NY
• Start Date: Early May
• End Date: End of June (with potential to continue long-term)
• Children: Twin infant girls (4 months old)

Schedule

• 6-hour shifts daily
• Options: 6:00 AM/7:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM
• 7 days per week (flexibility to split between two caregivers if needed)
• Potential for additional hours depending on family needs

Compensation

• $50–$55/hour for a Newborn Care Specialist
• $45+/hour for a nanny with strong newborn experience

Role Responsibilities

• Providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care for twin infants
• Supporting feeding, sleep routines, and overall infant care
• Creating a calm, nurturing environment for both babies
• Collaborating with parents and existing support team

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced Newborn Care Specialist or nanny with strong newborn background
• Confident caring for multiple infants (twins experience is a plus)
• Calm, reliable, and highly attentive
• Flexible and collaborative

Additional Opportunity

• Possibility to transition into a full-time nanny role with the family beginning end of June
