New Construction Specialist // Shape the Future of the Treasure Valley

Agents With A Smile at Keller Williams Realty Boise is broadening our presence with several new developments throughout the Treasure Valley. We seek an experienced professional who can take the lead, foster strong relationships with builders, confidently guide buyers, and spearhead a growing sales team as these communities launch.

This pivotal position is ideal for an agent eager to transition from individual contributor to a visible leadership role while remaining engaged in the hands-on work they love. You will play a key role in driving the launch, expansion, and sustained success of our new construction division.

Your Responsibilities

  • Represent multiple communities from preconstruction through closing
  • Serve as the primary liaison for builders, developers, and municipal partners
  • Oversee lot releases, pricing adjustments, incentives, and construction schedules
  • Assist buyers with selections, upgrades, financing options, and setting expectations
  • Conduct model home tours, on-site consultations, and milestone walkthroughs
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to attract and convert prospective buyers
  • Utilize our operations and transaction support to maintain client focus
  • Mentor, train, and support two to three on-site agents as the pipeline expands

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Licensed Realtor with a background in builder sales or new construction
  • Effective communicator adept at managing multiple timelines simultaneously
  • Skilled negotiator who upholds integrity for both clients and builders
  • Highly organized, proactive, and composed under pressure
  • Natural leader passionate about developing others and establishing long-term systems
  • Growth-oriented with a strong sense of ownership for a key division

Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the entire new build process, helping them understand the benefits and features of newly constructed properties.
  • Coordinate with builders and developers to gather detailed information on new construction projects, ensuring clients have access to up-to-date information.
  • Conduct property tours for potential buyers, emphasizing the unique aspects of new builds and providing insights into the construction process.
  • Stay informed about market trends and emerging developments in the real estate industry to better assist clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns throughout the new construction journey.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective marketing strategies for new construction listings, focusing on highlighting their unique features.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Real estate license in the state of Idaho or willingness to obtain one.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Passion for new construction and a keen interest in the real estate market.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in technology and comfortable using real estate software and tools.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
