ABOUT THE PROGRAM

In this Two Years Program you will have the opportunity to rotate through different departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the entire supply chain process from Manufacturing to Logistics. You will not only gain critical industry knowledge and practical skills but also have the opportunity to connect with like-minded professionals. By engaging in leadership skills development and hands-on technical training, you will be well-equipped to face the challenges of today's dynamic job market, you will also get mentorship by senior leaders to guide you in your journey:

• 1st Year: Foundational year including onboarding & rotational assignment
• 2nd Year: Assignment in Logistics area

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for fresh graduates talents from Logistics, Supply Chain and Management who want to start career in the Logistical field. Previous experience is not mandatory but nice to have, up to 2 years, but we are also looking for demonstrated leadership & collaboration skills, like being part of students’ activities.

• You will have the opportunity to get a structured training program that covers all facets of logistics, including warehousing, transportation and inventory control
• You will be assisting in collecting and analyzing logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
• You will be exposed to logistics operations to observe and learn about best practices in supply chain management and logistics operations
• You will contribute in projects aimed to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce operational costs
• You will have the opportunity to work closely with different stakeholders across the organization like Sales & Supporting Functions
• You will get the chance to work alongside cross-functional teams, including procurement, Planning, Sales, to support in execution of logistics strategies

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS

• You are determined, curious and self-driven
• You have a bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management or any related.
• Experience from 0 to 2 years of technical work experience in any supply chain area is nice to have but not mandatory
• You seek hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to different aspects of supply chain operations
• You are ambitious to lead change, projects and people
• Mobile inside Egypt governates
• You are fluent in English and native in Arabic
• Working experience, living, or studying abroad is considered as advantage
