NextGen Controller
(Controller-in-Training | 9–12 Month Path to Controller)
Location: Southfield, MI - In-person
Employment Type: Full-Time
We’re a fast-growing, innovative, multi-entity healthcare organization — encompassing medical practices, labs, pharmacies, and real estate — on a mission to expand access to high-quality care nationwide. With our national expansion underway, we’re building a finance team that can scale with us — and we’re searching for our next Controller to grow into that role within the year.
As our NextGen Controller, you’ll step into a high-impact role designed for an ambitious, experienced accounting professional who is ready to lead. This is not a back-office position — you’ll be at the center of building financial systems, shaping processes, and preparing to step into the Controller role within 9–12 months.
You’ll gain direct mentorship from the Finance Director and current Controller while taking on immediate responsibility for critical accounting functions. If you’re ready to accelerate your career and make a mark in a company scaling nationally, this is the opportunity for you.
