Position: Niche Perfume Sales Consultant
Role Overview:
The Niche Perfume Sales Consultant will serve as a brand ambassador and client educator, delivering personalized fragrance experiences through private consultations and workshops. The ideal candidate is passionate about perfumery, highly knowledgeable about fragrance notes, oils, and blends, and excels in creating a luxurious, engaging experience for clients.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Consultations & Personalized Experiences
- Conduct one-on-one private classes and consultations, guiding clients in customizing their own perfumes.
- Understand clients’ preferences, lifestyle, and personality to recommend tailored fragrance compositions.
- Assist clients in blending oils and creating unique, bespoke fragrances.
Fragrance Education & Expertise
- Educate clients on the composition, characteristics, and mechanics of perfumes, including essential oils, accords, and fragrance families.
- Share insights into scent layering, fragrance longevity, and proper application techniques.
- Provide knowledge of industry trends, niche perfume brands, and rare ingredients.
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized attention and follow-ups.
- Introduce clients to complementary products and limited-edition fragrances.
Brand Representation
- Represent the brand with professionalism, poise, and passion in all client interactions.
- Maintain a sophisticated and well-groomed appearance consistent with brand standards.
- Uphold the brand’s reputation by delivering an authentic, luxurious, and educational experience.
Operational Support & Reporting
- Assist in managing inventory, including oils, raw materials, and finished products.
- Record client preferences, orders, and feedback accurately for future engagements.
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in workshops, in-store events, and special promotions.
Candidate Profile:
- Deep expertise and genuine passion for perfumes and niche fragrances.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; articulate and well-spoken.
- Ability to create memorable, educational, and personalized fragrance experiences.
- Knowledge of perfume composition, essential oils, blending techniques, and niche perfume market trends.
- Professional, confident, and client-oriented, with a flair for luxury retail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
