NICU Incharge

• Supervise and provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist in medical procedures as per the neonatologist’s instructions.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all patient records.
• Maintain infection control protocols and aseptic techniques at all times.
• Support and educate parents on newborn care and NICU procedures.
• Supervise, guide, and schedule nursing staff in the NICU.
• Conduct regular staff training and skill development sessions.
• Ensure adequate staffing, equipment, and supplies in the NICU.
• Oversee implementation of hospital policies, nursing protocols, and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and other departments for smooth workflow.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
