We are seeking an experienced NICU Manager to lead our neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) team in Henrico, VA. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a NICU charge, CNC, or management role. As the NICU Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of care, and leading a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the NICU staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee staff development, training, and performance evaluations.
• Handle scheduling, staffing, and resource management to ensure the NICU operates efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Previous NICU charge, CNC, or management experience required.
• Current RN license in Virginia.
• BLS, NRP, and ACLS certification required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
