As part of our continued growth and dedication to neonatal healthcare, we are seeking to appoint qualified and compassionate NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) Staff Nurses to join our team.

Key Responsibilities of a NICU Nurse:

1. Patient Monitoring:

Continuously monitoring vital signs, respiratory status, and neurological functions.

2. Medication Administration:

Administering medications, parenteral nutrition, and other therapies accurately and safely.

3. Collaborative Care:

Working with a multidisciplinary team (neonatologists, respiratory therapists, etc.) to develop and implement care plans.

4. Family Support:

Providing emotional support, education, and guidance to families, helping them understand their baby's condition and participate in their care.

5. Advocacy:

Acting as an advocate for the infant, ensuring their needs are met and their well-being is prioritized.

6. Procedure Assistance:

Assisting physicians with various procedures, such as intubation, umbilical line insertion, and other life-sustaining interventions.

7. Documentation:

Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, documenting observations, treatments, and responses.

8. Infection Control:

Ensuring a sterile and safe environment to prevent infections and complications.

9. Emergency Response:

Responding to emergencies and providing life-saving interventions.

10. Education and Training:

Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in neonatal care and participating in continuing education.

Qualification : ANM/GNM/ BSC NURSING

EXPERIENCE - 1 TO 3 YRS

Salary : 20 k p.m/25 k p.m
