About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled NICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The Staff NICU Nurse provides specialized care for high-risk newborns, supports families during critical moments, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to premature and critically ill infants.
• Monitor vital signs, ventilation, medication administration, and lab results.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with families and caregivers.
• Work collaboratively with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other team members.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately.
• Maintain strict adherence to infection-control and safety protocols.
• Participate in continuing education and quality-improvement initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
