NICU staff nurse

• Clinical Care: Monitor infants' vital signs (heart rate, O2 saturation), administer medications (weigh-based calculations are critical), manage IVs/lines, perform tests (like bilirubin checks), and assist with life-saving interventions.
• Equipment Management: Operate specialized equipment like incubators, ventilators, and phototherapy units.
• Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans in conjunction with neonatologists and other specialists.
• Family Support & Education: Educate parents on newborn care, feeding (breast/bottle/NG tube), medication, and discharge planning, while providing emotional support.
• Infection Control: Maintain a sterile, clean environment and strictly follow infection prevention protocols.
• Documentation: Keep accurate, detailed records of patient progress, treatments, and responses.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, respiratory therapists, dietitians, and social workers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
