Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will be the vital link between guest services and hotel operations during overnight hours. In this energetic role, you will ensure the smooth and secure operation of the front desk while providing exceptional guest experiences. Your keen attention to detail, hospitality expertise, and multilingual communication skills will help create a welcoming environment for all guests. As a Night Auditor, you’ll be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records—all while delivering top-tier customer service in a lively, fast-paced setting. (Hotel Key Pms experience prefered)! shift is 10p-6am flexible days.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with late check-ins, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage the front desk operations during overnight shifts, including handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
• Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, reservations, and billing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with a friendly and solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks around the property, and controlling access to restricted areas.
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure seamless communication between shifts.
• Support guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in multiple languages if applicable.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to handle guest interactions professionally and efficiently.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse guests.
• Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems enhances your efficiency in this role.
• Knowledge of hotel procedures related to night audits, guest services, and security protocols is advantageous.
• Experience working in resort or hospitality environments that emphasize guest relations and hospitality excellence is desirable.
