Night Auditor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring exceptional guest service and accurate financial transactions.

Duties:
- Conduct the nightly audit process, including posting charges to guest accounts, balancing accounts, and running reports
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide friendly and professional service throughout their stay
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist in the check-in and check-out process for guests
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity
- Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean and organized
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel operations preferred
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer service excellence
- Proficiency in using hotel phone systems and reservation software
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and financial reconciliation is advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
