Red Roof Plus Inn & Suites Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent

Role: Part-time | Salary Range: $14.50-$16/hr.

Schedule/hours: Five days a week from 11pm-7am

What we're looking for:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our guest services team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring every guest enjoys their experience, from check-in to check-out. If you love taking pride in the service you provide, enjoy problem solving, and want to be part of an already great team then this might be the position for you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Conduct nightly audits, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations while updating records efficiently
• Guarantee the highest level of guest satisfaction by addressing guest needs promptly, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience
• Follow security procedures to ensure safety of guests and staff by monitoring CCTV surveillance, routinely inspecting common areas, and being attentive to all ongoings at the property
• Support guest relations by offering local information, amenities guidance, and multilingual assistance when needed
• Follow procedures and policies intended to keep operations clear and consistent

Requirements:

• Clear and effective communication and organizational skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and great problem solving skills
• Maintain composure, keeping calm under pressure
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team- responsible and reliable
• Previous hotel or resort front desk and customer service experience
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility in scheduling; not restricted to just one shift

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
