As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, reconciling accounts, and providing exceptional customer service—all while ensuring the safety and security of our property. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with late check-ins or early check-outs, ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, verifying billing accuracy and preparing financial reports to ensure all transactions are correctly recorded.
- Address guest inquiries promptly, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance their stay.
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of public areas, and ensuring the safety of guests and staff.
- Handle guest requests or complaints efficiently, demonstrating excellent customer service and hospitality management skills.
- Complete detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily financial transactions to support smooth hotel operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems confidently and manage guest interactions professionally.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel management software systems and basic accounting procedures for auditing purposes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to accurately reconcile accounts and complete reports.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced resort or hotel environment; previous hotel experience is preferred.
