We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during night hours, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk responsibilities. This position requires a blend of hospitality management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle guest relations effectively.

Duties

• Perform night audit functions, including balancing accounts and preparing financial reports for the day.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining accurate records.
• Handle multi-line phone systems and respond to calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist guests with their needs, ensuring a pleasant stay and fostering positive guest relations.
• Maintain security protocols during night shifts to ensure guest safety and property security.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel operations is advantageous.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse guests.
• Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems and front desk software.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to enhance guest experiences.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
