  • assist guests with check-in, check-out, and managing reservations
  • Do Night Audit (11 PM to 7 AM)
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest concerns in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Maintains an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
  • Answer questions and address complaints
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them accordingly
  • basic computer skills and check, sort and forward emails
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Handle cash and credit transactions
  • Work with fellow team members and other hotel departments to promote a positive work environment
  • Go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome, informed, and cared for during their entire stay
  • willing and able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
