Night Auditor

*Overview*

THIS POSITION IS OVERNIGHT ONLY! 11PM TO 7 AM

We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a background in hospitality and possess excellent customer service skills.

*Duties*

- Conduct night audit procedures efficiently and accurately

- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift

- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

- Manage phone calls and reservations during the night hours

- Ensure the front desk area is organized and tidy

- Utilize hotel management software for various tasks

- Assist with any other duties as assigned by the management team

*Experience*

- Prior experience in night audit or a similar role is preferred

- Proficiency in using phone systems and front desk operations

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction

- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for assisting international guests

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
