What you’ll do

• Manage front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring all guest needs are met with a smile.
• Perform nightly audits to reconcile financial transactions and prepare accurate reports for management.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
• Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of guest check-ins and check-outs while ensuring all data is secure and confidential.
• Foster positive guest relations by creating a welcoming atmosphere and resolving any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with hotel management to ensure compliance with hospitality standards and practices.

Basic qualifications

• Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management.
• Experience in customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Preferred qualifications

• Bilingual or multilingual skills to enhance communication with diverse guests.
• Previous experience in night audit roles or similar positions within the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems and front desk software.
