The Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Indianapolis is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and guest-focused Part-Time Night Auditor to join our team. Located in one of Indianapolis' most recognizable historic buildings, our recently renovated 188-room hotel blends modern comfort with timeless character.

What you'll be doing:

• Welcome late-night arrivals and create a warm, professional first impression
• Assist guests with requests, questions, and service recovery needs throughout the overnight shift
• Complete the nightly audit process accurately and on time
• Reconcile daily transactions and ensure all financial records are balanced
• Process guest check-outs and verify billing accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information and hotel records
• Monitor hotel activity and respond appropriately to overnight situations
• Communicate important updates, guest concerns, and operational issues to the morning team
• Promote Hilton Honors and hotel amenities when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
• Follow all safety, security, and emergency procedures

Requirements:

Experience & Education

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Communication

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as business needs require
