The Night Auditor position entails the following critical responsibilities:

• Manage overnight operations, ensuring safety and efficiency while balancing daily financial transactions.
• Prepare accurate key reports and provide exceptional guest support with unwavering professionalism.
• Uphold Swissotel Living Jeddah's service excellence and brand consistency, while monitoring security concerns.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments and maintain proficiency in all relevant systems and procedures.
• Rigorously comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain operational integrity.

Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with a guest.
Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
