We are looking to hire a front desk associate/night auditor.
Hours: 11PM to 7AM are typical night audit hours.
Currently looking for Two Night Shifts per week. Can also provide additional day shifts for additional hours.
Expect 4-5 shifts per week for full time. OR 2-3 Shifts per week for part time.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and directing calls appropriately.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented approach to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurate and properly documented.
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols around the property, and controlling access points during overnight hours.
- Prepare shift reports detailing guest activities, incidents, and operational updates to ensure smooth communication between shifts.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation records, processing payments, and managing guest information securely.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a focus on front desk or night audit functions.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse guests effectively.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone operations.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle guest interactions confidently.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of guest relations best practices and hospitality standards to enhance overall guest experiences.
