Night Calling Sales Agent - Freshies

Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our team as Calling Agents for our DME (Durable Medical Equipment) campaign. This role is ideal for fresh candidates who are eager to begin their professional journey in a structured call center environment and develop strong communication and sales skills.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients using company-provided data.
• Clearly communicate and promote DME products and services.
• Confirm customer eligibility and accurately record required details.
• Generate quality leads and forward them to the appropriate department.
• Update CRM systems and maintain accurate call documentation.
• Consistently meet assigned daily and monthly targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers are welcome to apply (experience in a call center will be an added advantage).
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.
• Flexible to work evening or night shifts if needed.
