Night Dispatcher

Summary: The primary objective is to assign and monitor driver routes while maintaining high levels of service to our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned, and management retains the discretion to add, delete, or change the duties/responsibilities at any time.)

· Direct activities of drivers by phone and monitor drivers’ progress through route completion.

· Route creation & changes as needed for driver changes and call-offs.

· Confer with retailers to expedite bin pick-ups, emergency pick-ups, and replacement of damaged bins.

· Maintain record of mileage, fuel used, bin inventory levels, and master routes.

· Maintain records of any driver delays/disruptions and equipment malfunctions. Obtain repair service in the case of a vehicle breakdown.

· Maintain compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and all Federal, State, and local laws.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
