Responsibilities

• Guide the Front Office team and inspire teammates in their tasks
• Elevate the experience for VIP and long stay guests with top notch service
• Master protocols and perfect precision in every data task
• Swiftly address guest inquiries and special requests with tailored solutions
• Expertly navigate hotel amenities and services, always delivering above and beyond

About You

• At least 12 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship not offered)
• Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance)
• Degree, diploma or formal certification in Hotel Management or equivalent
• Previous Night Manager or Duty Manager experience in a hotel
• Approved Manager Licence
• Aquatic Rescue (or willing to obtain)
• Food Hygiene Certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Strong English written, reading and speaking communication; multilingual is a bonus
• Tech savvy, precise and attentive to data security
