Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational activities and routine departmental tasks
- Manage high‑volume workloads while consistently meeting deadlines
- Maintain high accuracy, strong attention to detail, and proper record‑keeping
- Prepare, complete, and submit documentation within assigned timelines
- Support client relationship management in a professional manner
- Adapt effectively to evolving operational requirements
- Communicate clearly and professionally via email, phone, and digital platforms
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet customer expectations and timelines
- Take ownership of client inquiries and complaints through to resolution
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Maintain positive and effective cross‑functional working relationships
- Work independently with minimal supervision

Schedule & Requirements
- Schedule: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off
- Shift Timing: 9:30 PM – 9:30 AM (based on operational requirements)
- Holidays: UK holidays only
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role
- Other Requirements:
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Sound commercial awareness
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
