Night Patrol Guard

Overview:
We are currently seeking a Night Patrol Guard to join our team. As a night patrol, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises during the night shift, to protect our premises, assets, and personnel. You will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions. The goal is to detect, deter, observe and report. This is an important position that requires strong surveillance skills, and conflict management abilities. Duties:

• Respond promptly to any alarms or incidents, taking appropriate action as necessary
• Provide first aid assistance when needed and ensure proper documentation of incidents
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required
• Handle conflicts or disputes that may arise during the shift in a professional and calm manner
• Protect the company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances, monitor for any suspicious activity or unauthorized individuals
• Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property
• Apprehend criminals and evict violators
• Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
• A report in detail on any suspicious incidents
• Patrol the building and perimeter randomly and regularly
• Monitor alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment
• Handle conflicts or disputes that may arise during the shift in a professional and calm manner

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and be outgoing
• Must be 18+ years of age and authorized to work in the US
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
• Proficient in surveillance techniques and the use of CCTV systems
• Knowledge of first aid procedures and CPR certification
• Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations effectively
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions when necessary
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 9pm-5:30Am (May be subject to change)
• (flexibility to work additional hours when needed)
