Night Services Technician FT

Job Summary

We are seeking candidates to fill a full-time position supporting our Night Services team, performing detailed cleaning of our corporate campus and surrounding facilities. Candidates should have a proven employment record as a dependable, detail-oriented worker. Starting pay is well above the industry standard.. Management evaluates employee performance on an annual basis and offers bonus payouts to eligible employees. Hours: M-F 4:30PM to 12:30AM

Responsibilities

Task requirements include but are not limited to:

• General cleaning such as scrubbing, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
• Collecting and disposing trash
• Cleaning and servicing restrooms
• Stocking supplies
• Periodic deep cleaning
• Washing laundry
• Minor building maintenance

Physical Requirements

• Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
• Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
• Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Experience

Cleaning experience desired, but not required.

Education
