Quality Inn Columbia I-65 is hiring a dependable and friendly Night Shift Front Desk Associate to join our team immediately.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, providing excellent guest service, and maintaining a calm and professional hotel environment overnight.

No experience is required training will be provided. We are looking to hire quickly, and qualified applicants may be contacted promptly after applying.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist hotel guests in a professional manner
• Check guests in and out efficiently
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
• Process payments and complete basic transactions
• Respond to guest questions and requests
• Monitor hotel lobby and guest areas overnight
• Complete shift reports and basic paperwork
• Keep the front desk area clean and organized
• Assist with setting up and restocking breakfast items in the morning
• Report maintenance or guest concerns to management
