What You'll Be Doing

• Assist mechanics with diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing quarry mobile equipment during night shift operations

• Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks and inspections

• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and mobile equipment under supervision

• Support equipment troubleshooting and documentation of work performed

• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized work area

• Interest in developing mechanical skills through hands-on learning

• Ability to work safely around heavy equipment and in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem‑solving approach and willingness to follow established processes

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Capability to work night shifts and adapt to changing operational needs

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, and lifting materials or equipment up to 50 lbs

• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and on uneven or rough terrain as needed
