Night Shift Zoom Coordinator (Front Desk – On Site)

Location: A, Block, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi (On-Site Office Role)

Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Work Days: 6 days per week

Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 depending on experience

About the Role

We are an online tutoring academy serving students in the US, UK, and Canada. We are looking for a reliable and organized Operations Coordinator to manage live online classes, assist students and tutors, and ensure classes run smoothly throughout the night shift.

You will be responsible for hosting Zoom sessions, coordinating classes, supporting students, and maintaining quality standards across sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Live Class Operations

Manage Zoom meetings during scheduled classes

Assign tutors and students to their respective rooms

Assist with technical issues during classes

Ensure classes Start and run smoothly

Student & Tutor Coordination

Respond to student messages and basic inquiries

Assist students who join late or miss sessions

Coordinate with tutors regarding attendance or class issues

Quality Monitoring (QA)

Occasionally join classes to ensure teaching quality and professionalism

Observe tutor performance and student engagement

Report issues or areas of improvement

Reports & Records

Maintain attendance records for students and tutors

Prepare simple weekly reports on classes and operations

Keep internal records organized

Administrative Support

Assist management with basic operational and administrative tasks

Help maintain internal documentation and records when required

Support management with operational reminders and coordination tasks

Requirements

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

Friendly and professional attitude when interacting with students and tutors

Organized and able to manage multiple tasks

Ability to work night shift from office

Preferred

Experience managing Zoom meetings or online sessions

Experience in education, coordination, or customer support roles

Female candidates preferred
