Night Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all hospital operations during night shift.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all departments (Reception, Nursing, Emergency, Housekeeping, Security, etc.).
• Handle patient complaints, queries, and coordinate with concerned staff for quick resolution.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and duty performance during the night shift.
• Ensure all protocols, safety guidelines, and hospital policies are followed.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and management for any emergencies.
• Check ward rounds, patient status, and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure proper handover to the morning supervisor/administration team.
• Prepare night shift reports, incidents, and escalation details.
• Monitor cleanliness, maintenance issues, and ensure timely action.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Hospital experience preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in hospital operations/supervision.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle night emergencies and staff management

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sports injury management: 2 years (Required)
• total work: 3 years (Required)
• Physiotherapy: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• DPCT Registration (Preferred)
