Night Time Towing Dispatcher

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Night Time Towing Dispatcher to join our dynamic towing team. In this vital role, you will coordinate and manage towing operations during overnight hours, ensuring prompt response to roadside assistance requests and seamless communication between drivers, customers, and service providers. Your proactive approach will help maintain efficient fleet movement, uphold safety standards, and deliver exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our late-night logistics operations, supporting drivers and customers during critical hours.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize incoming towing requests via multi-line phone systems, and digital dispatch platforms.
• Utilize GPS, and transportation management systems such as Tow books to accurately locate vehicles, plan routes, and assign tow trucks efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and third-party providers using professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
• Monitor fleet status using GPS tracking tools and coordinate dispatching to ensure timely roadside assistance.
• Maintain detailed records of all dispatch activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies while managing vehicle movement, vehicle recovery, and fleet management tasks.

Requirements

• TDLR License
• Strong analysis skills to interpret Tow book data and Tow Book maps for effective decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally.
• Familiarity with freight logistics, shipping & receiving procedures, and fleet management practices.
• Proficiency in data entry and typing accuracy.
• Knowledge of TDLR rules and regulations.
• Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
