Nightlife Floor Manager

The Nightlife Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the club floor, ensuring exceptional service, smooth guest flow, and a vibrant nightlife atmosphere that aligns with Royal Saray Resort’s luxury standards. The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker with proven experience in managing nightlife venues, fine dining restaurants, or luxury clubs within a 5-star hotel or resort environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all nightly club floor operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency in service.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide attentive, world-class service to all guests.
• Oversee VIP and high-profile guest experiences, ensuring personalized service and discretion.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by handling complaints, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations.
• Collaborate with the entertainment team, bartenders, and service staff to ensure smooth event execution.
• Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and grooming standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Support marketing and promotions by enhancing guest engagement and atmosphere.
• Work closely with the Club General Manager to achieve revenue and service excellence targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Floor Manager, Nightlife Manager, or similar role in a luxury club, upscale lounge, or 5-star hotel (mandatory).
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of professionalism, confidence, and presence on the floor.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy nightlife environment.
• Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
