Job Description

The Ford Agency is currently recruiting for a forward thinking Nimble CRM Administrator to support a successful DC based organization focused on innovation in the higher education space. This role will directly manage Nimble CRM and work closely with various teams to ensure effective database customization and reporting to best promote organizational goals. Responsibilities Include:
  • Develop and implement Nimble CRM architectures and customizations
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure organizational alignment in database design
  • Integrate data from various sources ensuring data quality
  • Document best practices and processes for the team
  • Troubleshoot database issues and provide support to users
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and organizational policies
Qualifications Include:
  • Experience working at a higher education institution required
  • 3+ years of experience as a Database Administrator
  • Direct experience with Salesforce and Nimble CRMs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Professional communication skills

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
