NLE Editor/Video & Photography Specialist

We're looking for a highly skilled NLE Editor/Video & Photography Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for leading the planning, shooting, and editing of high-quality video and photo content for campaigns, events, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, shooting, and editing of high-quality video and photo content for campaigns, events, and social media.
• Manage all stages of production — concept development, lighting, directing, shooting, and editing.
• Edit and color-grade video content using NLE tools (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).
• Capture and retouch professional photography aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Oversee content quality, consistency, and brand visual identity.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing leads to translate ideas into compelling visual stories.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience in videography, photography, and NLE editing.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent), After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Strong creative direction, visual composition, and storytelling skills.
• Solid understanding of lighting, color, and sound design.
• Experience managing multiple projects under tight timelines.
