Pay Rate: $55.00 $60.00/hr
Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts
Contract: 12 weeks
Experience: Minimum 1 year

About the Role

We are hiring a Physical Therapist for a 12-week contract in Grants, NM. This role supports both inpatient and outpatient therapy services and is a great opportunity for a PT focused on helping patients improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and mobility support
• Administer hands-on treatments and therapy modalities as appropriate
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and assistive equipment
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Complete accurate documentation and maintain compliance with safety standards

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program required
• Active Physical Therapist license required
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
• Inpatient, outpatient, hospital, or rehab experience preferred
• New graduates with strong clinical rotations may be considered
• BLS/BCLS certification required
• Cerner experience preferred
• Ability to work day shift and 8-hour schedule
